Jamie Dean Traditional Window Cleaners
Services provided by twcleaners, or Jamie dean traditional window cleaners are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
“We" or "our" refers to twcleaners, Jamie’s or Jamie dean traditional window cleaners
“You", "your" or "the client" refers to the customer receiving the service(s)
Cleaning
Paint, varnish, lime scale, mastic, cement mortar, glue, labels, stickers or other building products will not be removed on a scheduled or on going service,
This can be arranged, subject to a separate cost.
External window cleaning consists of vertical windows only unless specified otherwise.
We clean the glass and wipe the sill unless specified otherwise.
Payments
Please make payments promptly, payments can be made via our website, bacs, cheques or cash on the day or cash in safe place, all payment details can be found on your windows have been cleaned ticket.
Window cleaning or other services will not be provided on any outstanding accounts of more then 2 cleans until payment is made, if outstanding payments extends over 12 weeks this may incur a 1st clean from £25 to carry on with any scheduled cleans.
If you postpone a clean and the period between cleans extends to over 8 weeks, your next clean may incur a 1st clean from £25
In the event of a dispute over payment, it is the client's responsibility to prove that payment in full has been made and cleared.
We reserve the right to make late payment charges and to recover any costs incurred in debt recovery.
We reserve the right to terminate your cleaning account without notice.
Your can terminate your account at any time by calling telephone number on main website any outstanding payments must be paid immediately.
Guttering and Fascia
Gutter clearance does not include the removal or replacement of any leaf guards or other device this will incur extra cost, Gutter clearance is restricted to just the gutters and does not include the removal, repair or replacement of any part of the gutter or downpipes. Repairs can be carried out at extra cost and carry a one year guarantee.
Fascia & soffit cleaning removal of general day to day dirt this includes the gutter face and as far behind the gutter as can be reached.
Weather
As our cleaning processes is throughout the year, weather conditions will not be accepted as reason from the client to postpone our scheduled service.
We clean windows in light showers, light snow showers and in between showers.
Damage
We do not accept liability for damage caused by working on your property,
We don’t accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property such as but not limited to, rotten plastic, wear and tear, ill fitted windows and doors, fascias, guttering, down pipes, sky dishes, roof tiles or slates loose lead work, windows or conservatory trims, leaking seals, decorative bars or bars stuck on glass, rotting frames or sills, flaking paint, open or broken trickle vents,
Gates or fencing.
We do not accept liability for scratches on walls, frames, sills, doors, guttering upvc, pvc or scratched or scratches on glass.
Every effort is taken not to damage your property.
Access
We do not carry our equipment through your property, we do offer a sms text service evening before we clean to leave your gates unlocked if you would like this service please contact via our number on our website.
From time to time we will gain access to your property by unlocking your gate or placing half a ladder over your gate and stepping over so no damaged is caused.
Your guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed as we will re clean any window which we recognise as unsatisfactory, so long as the complaint is received within 24 hours from the time of the clean, Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be considered.
A call out charge of £45 may be applied if we return to clean and find that it’s the inside windows that is dirty or the double glazing unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with out notice.
